  • Put the parts to be cleaned in the sink on the grid ·
  • Switch on the brush pump to supply the brush with CleanBooster ·
  • Fixed on the brush holder the brush can be used to flow solution over the dirty parts and for soaking ·
  • The temperature of the CleanBooster is around 33°C.
    This temperature:
    - improves the quality of degreasing
    - is ideal for bioregulation
    - is comfortable for the user
    - facilitates the drying of the parts
  • After drying, the clean part is ready for surface treatment (gluing, painting…) ·
  • The siphon, at the bottom of the sink, traps small mislaid parts.
  • Non biodegradable particles will be manually removed ·
  • After using, switch off the brush pump : a second pump recirculates the non purified solution through the filtering drain in order to complete the biodegradation

advice !

Do not switch off your Clean3 fountain : a stoppage for more than 24 hrs disturbs the bioregulation system. It would then need 24 to 48 hours to go back to a good bacterial equilibrium.
